All our accommodation units are en-suite and fully self-contained. They include kitchens, LCD TVs, DVD players, microwaves, electric blankets, air conditioning. All bedding and towels are provided at no extra cost (excl vans). Each cottage and cabin has its own veranda with outdoor furniture and the cottages also have their own BBQs. Valley View also has a 2nd TV and a washing machine. * Peak surcharge applies to Public Holiday Periods. For all enquiries please call 02 6547 4575.

Deposit Conditions
- A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required on all cabin, cottage and motel accommodation and is payable when making the booking.
- A deposit of $10 per night is required for powered sites and is payable when making the booking.
- The tariff is payable in full on arrival.
Cancellations and Refunds
- $35 admin fee or whole amount if less, is charged on all bookings if cancellation occurs.
- If 30 days notice has been provided, your deposit less $35 admin charge will be refunded. (Group bookings not included, deposit requirements will be arranged for each group booking.)
- If this notice is not provided, the deposit is not refunded.
- No refunds for reasons of weather, sickness or if you shorten your stay.
Payment can be made
- over the phone by credit card ( Visa and Mastercards only)
- surcharge of 2% apply for overseas credit card
- by paying directly into our bank account
- by cheque or Money Order (funds must clear before arrival date)
- by cash or debit card
